At Seafarer Store LK, we want you to love every product you receive. Our items are made to order with premium quality, and we guarantee your satisfaction.
If your product has a print error or visible quality issue, we will happily replace or refund it. To help us process your request quickly, please provide clear photos of the product on a flat, well-lit surface and email them to us at:seafarerstorelk@gmail.com
Please note: Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns.
Order Cancellations
Product Orders:
All our products are made to order. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link in your confirmation email. You can make changes anytime before production begins.
Once your order is in production, you may only be eligible for a replacement or resolution depending on the issue. After delivery, you have 30 days to report any quality issues.
Donations & Tips:
Donations and tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once completed, we cannot process a cancellation or refund.
Damaged or Quality Issues
For the fastest resolution:

Take a clear photo showing the quality issue or damaged area.

Include your order number.

The best photos are on a flat surface with the tag and error visible.

We will review and provide a replacement or refund if your product qualifies.
Refund Policies
Product Orders:
Refunds are only issued for verified quality issues. Custom-made products without a defect are non-refundable.

PayPal: Refunds will appear in your account within 24 business hours.

Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will show in your account within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Donations & Tips:
Donations and tips are non-refundable after checkout.
Locked Messages:
Locked messages are non-refundable. If you have issues accessing a purchased locked message, contact us at seafarerstorelk@gmail.com and we will troubleshoot and provide a solution.
